Referral Program Terms & Conditions

The Origin Homes Referral Program applies only to new custom homes contracted and built by Origin Homes. Available inventory homes, spec homes, model homes, resale homes, completed homes, and any other previously built or non-custom homes are not eligible for referral rewards.

A referral must be submitted to Origin Homes, and the applicable referral code must be received and recorded by Origin Homes, before or at the time the referred customer signs a qualifying custom-home contract. Pending and prior customers, contracts, and sales are not eligible.

Subject to these terms, an eligible referrer may receive one $1,000 Visa gift card for each referred household that enters into a separate qualifying custom-home contract with Origin Homes. The gift card will be awarded after Origin Homes determines that at least 10% of the qualifying project has been completed. Project completion percentages will be determined solely by Origin Homes based on its construction, accounting, and project records.

The gift card will be delivered directly to the qualifying referrer by Origin Homes and will not be sent electronically. The referrer is responsible for providing accurate and current contact information.

There is no limit to the total number of referral rewards an eligible referrer may earn. An eligible referrer may receive a separate $1,000 Visa gift card for each separate referred household that enters into a separate qualifying custom-home contract.

Only one referral reward will be awarded per qualifying custom-home contract and referred household. A referral code applies to the entire household associated with the qualifying contract, regardless of the number of individuals included in the household or named on the contract. Multiple members of the same household may not receive separate referral rewards for the same referred customer, household, or contract.

If more than one person claims to have referred the same customer or household, only the eligible individual associated with the referral code recorded by Origin Homes for the qualifying contract may receive the reward. The referral code shown in Origin Homes’ records will determine the referrer of record. Origin Homes’ records and determination will control in the event of any duplicate, competing, or disputed referral claim.

Real estate agents, mortgage lenders, mortgage companies, mortgage brokers, and any other individuals or entities prohibited by applicable law are not eligible to receive referral rewards. Origin Homes reserves the right to refuse any referral reward that may violate applicable law.

If a qualifying contract is cancelled or terminated before the gift card is delivered, the referral reward will be void and no gift card will be issued.

Referral rewards may not be combined with another referral reward, referral offer, or referral incentive unless otherwise approved in writing by Origin Homes.

All referral rewards are awarded at the sole discretion of Origin Homes. Origin Homes reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to determine eligibility, interpret and apply these terms, verify referral information, resolve disputes, approve or deny referral rewards, and withhold or decline to issue a gift card for any reason Origin Homes considers appropriate. This may include, but is not limited to, duplicate claims, inaccurate or incomplete information, suspected fraud or abuse, failure to comply with these terms, or circumstances that Origin Homes determines make the referral ineligible or inappropriate for a reward.

Origin Homes may modify, suspend, withdraw, or terminate the Referral Program, its eligibility requirements, or the amount or form of any reward at any time without prior notice. Additional restrictions may apply. Contact Origin Homes for complete program details.
